2. Can dedicate some time in the beginning to coordinate with our team and vendors
3. Are ready to invest more than Rs. 8 million
4. Are looking for higher returns and are comfortable with moderate risk

Return on investment (ROI) in this model depends heavily on the location and market potential.

 

Option B: Invest in a Running Franchise – Fractional Ownership Model

This model is best suited for individuals who:

1. Want a passive investment opportunity
2. Do not have a location in mind
3. Cannot spare time for setup or operations
4. Have an investment budget of Rs. 2 million to Rs. 7 million
5. Prefer investments that are Shariah-compliant, reviewed and approved by our trusted Shariah advisor

This option allows you to become a part of a running business and earn from its profits without actively managing it.

 

How to Get Started – Our 6-Step Franchise Process

1. Our Franchise Investment Advisor will contact you for a brief interview and fill out your application.

2. Our Franchise Committee will review your profile and recommend suitable options.

3. You will receive a detailed proposal, valid for 3 days.

4. Once you approve the proposal, you’ll need to deposit a token amount (5% of total investment) to reserve your spot.

5. We will draft the legal documents including the Sale Agreement, Management Agreement, and MOU and share them with you.

6. On the day of the ownership transfer, documents will be signed and the remaining investment amount will be processed.
